Selected for the CDP Climate Change “A List,” the Highest Rating
Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer: Katsuhito Ozawa; hereinafter“Tokyo Tatemono”) hereby announces its selection by CDP (headquarters: London, U.K), a nonprofit organization engaged in international environmental surveys and information disclosure. The Company has been recognized in the “CDP Climate Change A List” - the highest rating - for its exceptional efforts and transparency in addressing climate change.

The Tokyo Tatemono Group has identified “promotion of a decarbonized society” as one of its material issues. Based on this material issue, we have set two medium- to long-term targets for “reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions”: “achieving net zero CO2 emissions for Scopes 1, 2, and 3 by FY2050”; and “reducing Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions by 46.2% and Scope 3* CO2 emissions by 40%, compared to FY2019 levels, by FY2030.” In addition, to achieve these targets we have also set process goals related to “promoting the development of ZEB and ZEH,” “shifting to renewable energy,” and “acquiring green building certifications.” We are actively promoting initiatives aligned with these goals, as well as fostering collaboration throughout the entire supply chain, which we believe has been comprehensively evaluated.
* Applies to Scope 3 categories 11 and 13.
