*About Special Accounts
Since the digitization of stock certificates in January 2009, our Company stock certificates that were not under the custody of the brokerages were placed in special accounts at Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. with its details registered and recorded.
Purchase/Sale of Fractional Shares
Fractional shares (1to 99 shares) may not be traded on the stock market whether they are placed in broker accounts or special accounts.

|Purchasing Fractional Shares||
For example, a shareholder who owns 70 shares may make a request to buy 30 shares from our treasury stock, so that he/she owns a unit share of 100 shares.
|Selling Fractional Shares||
For example, a shareholder who owns 30 shares may make a request to our Company to purchase them.
Direct Deposit of Dividends
In order to safely and accurately receive dividends on the first day of dividend payout, we strongly recommend to those shareholders, who have not assigned a direct deposit of dividends to do so as soon as possible.
There are following 3 methods of direct deposit of dividends.
For precautions of each method, please contact your broker.
